Shipping Policies

Orders are shipped according to the lead time specified in each product detail page using UPS or Fedex Ground shipping.  Shipping is free to the 48 U.S. contiguous states with some exceptions - custom orders or orders for multiple items will take longer than the stated delivery time and items that are oversized or overweight may be subject to shipping surcharges. 

PLEASE NOTE: During the holiday season, both production and shipping times are longer than normal.  Please contact us for info on your specific order. 

Damaged/Lost/Delayed Shipments

Shipments that are damaged, lost or significantly delayed in shipping are the sole responsibility of the carrier as is any scheduling or other impact due to these occurrences.  Lost or damaged shipments will be replaced, at no cost to the customer.  Delayed shipments due to carrier mishaps, mis-routing, address issues or other carrier-related problems cannot be replaced by CottonwoodCo. In the time of Covid, shipping mishaps and delays are roughly 4-5 times more frequent than normal.  Please be aware of this when ordering and communications with CottonwoodCo.
