How long will it take for my order to be completed and shipped?
Because our products are handmade-to-order, production time varies from one item to another. You can find the estimated production time for each item on the product page in the tab labeled "Shipping info".
What areas are included in your free shipping guarantee?
We ship for free to the contiguous United States (the 48 states). For Alaska and Hawaii, contact us, as additional charges may apply.
Will I receive a tracking number once my item has shipped?
When your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will include a tracking number.
How will my order be shipped?
We use UPS Ground for all shipments. Shipping times are approximate, but typically range from 1-5 business days depending on your location.
Do you accept returns?
We do accept returns on most items. Exclusions include personalized or custom orders. Restocking fee may apply to some items.
Do you offer express shipping options?
If you'd like your order to be shipped via UPS Express, or need to receive it by a certain date,contact us. We may be able to upgrade your shipping, dependent upon Express costs for your product and location.
What if I receive my order and am not happy with the color I chose?
While we do our best to accurately represent our available color options, as we all know, colors in real life may vary from how they appear on our monitors. If you are unhappy with the color you chose, you are welcome to ship your piece back and have it refinished in a different color, for a fee. Fee varies depending upon the product in question.
I can't decide on a color. Do you provide color samples?
We provide a color palette in each of our product listings to show what our colors look like. If you need more help deciding, we will make and send photos of up to 3 color samples, (after your order is placed) free of charge. If you require more than 3 samples to decide on your color, there will be a $10 fee for each additional 3 samples. This policy has been enacted reluctantly, due to the number of sample requests we receive and the amount of time we spend making and photographing them.
Can I customize or personalize my order?

Are your products warrantied?
All of our products come with a lifetime guarantee against unusual wear and manufacturer defects. If you are unhappy with your order or feel that it has not met normal standards for quality and durability, please contact us.
